1/ I am looking for an in-expensive Chromatography Data System but want to be able to expand the system should my chromatography needs change.

A/ One of our most popular products is Chrom Perfect LSi.  This is a inexpensive dual channel chromatography data system.  However unlike may budget systems, LSi is based on the same software platform as our high-end client server systems.  This means that as your requirements change you can to add additional channels and workstations, and your existing LSi system is integrated into this new environment.

As the core software, which is the most powerful 32 bit system available, is the same across the range of products all existing method, data and calibrations files can be used no matter how the data was originally acquired.

A/ Chrom Perfect Spirit is our multi-channel chromatography data system that collects and processes data from ANY chromatography instrument, as well as offering a number of instrument control options. 

Chrom Perfect Spirit can use, legacy AD cards and 2 or 4 channel interface units (Chrom Perfect Tigre Series) to take data from analogue instruments.  For more modern instruments we also can collect digital data.  Using the latest technology, connecting instruments to the workstation can accommodate any IT structure, with options for serial, Ethernet, and USB.

Unlike other systems, which demand that a new PC is used for each data connection type, Chrom Perfect Spirit allow ALL types of data acquisition to take place on the same PC. For example; you could connect a legacy AD device taking analogue data, a Ethernet linked Tigre device in a remote location and a number of GC's via RS232 with instrument control and digital acquisition.

All other theses variations can run simultaneously on the same PC.

A/ Chrom Perfect is designed with advanced networking protocols to offer flexibility, connectivity and centralised administration.  With feature like remote data acquisition, advanced user/group system management. Laboratory staff are presented with a easy to use system, where as the administrator can monitor and maintain Chrom Perfect from a central location.

Justice Laboratory Software have also incorporated some unique features within the software, which means that customers are not forced to purchase expensive proprietary hardware in order to install a client server version of Chrom Perfect. 

The organisation is completely protected in times of network failure or maintenance. Not only is all data safe in times of crisis but the users can continue to run analysis even when the network is down.  Once the network is operational again there are no length recovery processes the local Chrom Perfect systems will realise that the server is available again and automatically process all the data that is waiting.

4/ Our laboratory runs 24/7 what can we expect from Chrom Perfect in terms of reliability and system downtime?

A/  Due to our extremely robust software architecture and reliable interface units,  customers can expect 100% reliability from their Chrom Perfect system. 

One of our largest European customers have 180 channels of chromatography across three production plants, which is managed exclusively by Chrom Perfect Spirit.  The system was installed in 1998, and runs around the clock generating almost 750,000 analysis per year. They have never had a system failure!

6/  We currently perform complex calculations using a spreadsheet program, this is time consuming and can lead to errors. 

We have looked at other chromatography data systems that offer 'custom' report options, but most of the 'customisation' is superficial, relating more to the look of the report than the ability to perform complex calculations.  What custom reporting options are supported within Chrom Perfect?

A/ Yes, it comes as standard in all Chrom Perfect systems.  You can produce detailed summary reports in seconds for up to 1000 runs.  This data can be viewed/printed direct or exported to a third party software package or LIMS.

Q/  In addition to standard HPLC/GC analysis we also perform SEC analysis. Is this supported within Chrom Perfect.

A/ Yes, we have a number of specialist applications modules available including; SEC / GPC, simulated distillation and natural gas analysis.
