Both 5890's and 6890's

You don't have to dedicate one PC for 5890's and another for 6890's. Chrom Perfect can acquire and analyse data from both at the same time!

Put up to 8 GC on one computer

The basic system can handle two chromatograms per PC. Upgrading from the basic system allows you to handle 4 or 8 GC'c. Each GC can have its own method, printer, and data directory, you see real-time chromatograms for each active detector.

Two detectors per PC

Each chromatograph can have two detectors. You can tell the software to monitor detector A, B, or both. You can also monitor the temperatures and pressures in the GC. With Chrom Perfect Report Write Plus software you can overlay temperature, pressure or multiple detector plots as part of automatic processing.

More Dynamic Range with digital acquisition

Chrom Perfect for HP GCs uses digital data acquisition, which delivers more than ten times the dynamic range of the analogue outputs of the chromatographs, this saves re-injections by preventing over-range conditions and increases sensitivity.

Combine data acquisition methods

Unify the data handling in your lab by combining all for Chrom Perfect data acquisition methods: 24 bit AD converters, HP6890's, and HP 5890's. All method can run in the same PC at the same time. You get real time chromatograms for each active channel.

Therefore you can connected ANY chromatography instrument, regardless of make, model or age and have a common file structure throughout the laboratory.

Runs on a laptop computer

Because no special cards are required, the two chromatograph version will run in lap top computers. It uses standard com ports found in most laptops.

Remote set-point control

You can remotely control all temperatures, pressures, and set points in the chromatographs with a front panel emulator on the PC.

Use long cables

The chromatographs can be located up to 50 meters from the PC. Low cost RS 232 cables transfer the data to and from the GC without loss of quality.

Supports both single and dual auto samplers

No add-on hardware or software is required to control the HP. Both single and dual tower auto samplers are supported. You do not need a separate interface cable from the PC to each Autosampler controller.

A single cable from the PC to the instrument is all that is required.

HP Support in all Chrom Perfect Software

The standard software for Chrom Perfect Spirit or Chrom perfect LSi can support HP GC's.

Automatic set point control

The software will automatically change all set points as part of initial downloads or in sequence file operations offering complete instrument control.
