customers is the opportunity to purchase extended support for
their Chrom Perfect System. Below is a summary of the benefits
offered

Annual Software Maintenance Agreement
1. Software Support
and Technical Services
Telephone
Help-Desk Software Support:
Justice Laboratory
Software shall provide telephone Help-Desk support for
troubleshooting software problems as they arise. Help-Desk
services are provided during Justice Laboratory Software's
standard business hours.
Software Support
and Technical Services available includes:
Assistance related to
questions on operational usage of the software;
Assistance in
identifying the causes of suspected errors in Software;
Advice on detours for
identified errors where reasonably available;
Information and
detours regarding errors previously identified by the customer
and reported to Justice Laboratory Software;
Advice on reporting
identified problems in the Software to Justice Laboratory
Software;
Emergency support
when the system, network, or database is severely degraded
Chrom Perfect®
Software Maintenance Release Service:
By maintaining a
Chrom Perfect® Annual Software Maintenance Agreement,
the customer
shall be entitled to receive all modifications, enhancements and
upgrades of the Software, free of charge, as Justice Laboratory
Software releases them. Such releases will be licensed only for
use of the designated computer systems) under the applicable
license agreement. Such enhancements and upgrades do not include
new modules of the Software as Justice Laboratory Software
develops them. The customer are responsible for installation of
all maintenance releases. Although on-site support services are
available on request.
Chrom Perfect®
Software Documentation Services:
By maintaining a
Chrom Perfect® Annual Software Maintenance Agreement, the
customer shall be entitled to receive one copy of all revisions
to the Software documentation, including user manuals, free of
charges as they are released in any format prescribed by Justice
Laboratory Software.
Coverage
Coverage includes all
Justice Laboratory Software's software identified on the Chrom
Perfect® Support Agreement Supplement.
Charges
You shall pay Justice
Laboratory Software a Software Support fee in the amount, and
for the period. As additional Software is licensed, the support
charges for the additional software will be prorated to the
remaining term of this agreement.
List Your services here. Most everyone who has an internet presence
will offer a service of one kind or another. Give details and pricing
structure if applicable. Remember, your web site is open 24 hours
a day - 365 days a year. Your textual content will serve as your
"Sales Staff." Try to anticipate your visitors' needs and address
them as completely as possible.
The more information you provide to your potential customer will
mean less customer dissatisfaction after the transaction.
